Message from Texas Crossing (airs on The County Line)
Most of y'all know us as Texas Crossing. This money is being raised for us! Our lives have been torn upside down with the hurricane Harvey. No work, and homeless we could really use your help! This money is for us and not any organization.
As some of you may know: Hurricane Harvey dealt a heavy blow to our little abode we called home.
Right now, A few prayers and some spare change would be an absolute blessing, friends! Anything you can spare to help, we would more than appreciate.
Most of our shows over the next couple of months resided in either Rockport, Fulton, or Houston, all of which are areas of disaster from hurricane Harvey... So not only are we homeless, we are without work to boot!
The funds will be used to help us get through the next months trying to go back and assess the damage (it's a 7 hour drive from where we came to safety). Food, dog food, and small things along the way we're still realizing is gone... Some of the money may end up as a down payment for a place to live. At this point it's all up in the air until FEMA tells us what to do!
We are planning to have the funds direct deposited into our banking account daily so once they release our funds, we are able to get them within a day or two.
