Shane Shaw

Indie Recording Artist Shane Shaw was born and raised in a small town in Gaston County, NC. Brought up listening to christian and country music in a musically inclined family, he wanted to follow in his father's footsteps. His songs lean toward the "traditional" side, about real people and real situations which most of us can relate to, with a little of the "new" country mixed in...something for everyone. In 2011, he recorded a CD of cover songs called "No Loitering" to use for demo purposes, which received an overwhelming response. "I Bought It", the first single from his upcoming debut CD, was released in June 2014, and charted at #*8 on The Icemans Cavern Top 40 New Country Artist Countdown, and #44 of the Top 214 of 2014.  This was followed up by "It's Your LIe" 5 months later.
