Ron Scott

Ron Scott was born and raised in Portland, Maine, where he spent his earliest years watching his father travel around the New England area singing hits from Johnny Cash and Merle Haggard. After losing his father at a young age, Ron Scott found a way to express his loss through songwriting. He originally performed as a poetic hip-hop artist, but went back to his father’s roots as a country singer/songwriter. With over 400 original songs written, he is ready to get in the studio and has now started production on his first EP which he plans to release early summer 2015.
